Well priced hotel nearby a port. Huge, perfect room with a clean bathroom. Peaceful location, within walking distance of everywhere. The attached restaurant at ground floor. Honestly no complaint.

The hotel is in a good and brilliant location, just a short walk to the northern area, a ferry station, and an industrial park.

There is an abundance of delicious food served, along with friendly and attentive staff, and a fantastic location close to both Spain and an industrial park.

Coffee was very good, bright friendly breakfast room, good price-performance ratio.

The food was decent with a huge variety of choice! The amiable staff accommodated all the needs Good and brilliant position was an added bonus.

This hotel was in a great location for my travels, situated on the outskirts of a small medieval town. The area was pleasant and there was secure free underground parking, perfect for those driving down to catch a ferry. The staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Everything was spot on.

Price, convenience to and from Bilbao port, rooms, reasonable food and excellent wine.

They didn't do their job: 1. the reservation was not introduced in their planning - although they had had one week to do it - & the machine delivering the keys, which is outside the hotel, said we had no reservation. Luckily, at the end somebody contacted their resident- manager, who came out & got himself locked out of the hotel! Then, when we finally got in, he had to cash the room before giving us the room key! 2. the room was dirty: you could not walk barefood since the floor was dusty, with little stones, crumbs, ... Before that, finding the hotel was not easy: the village name is spelled "Rivabellosa" & not Ribabellosa as on the reservation - Tom Tom cannot find the village if you don't spell its name correctly -. Then, it's very nice when you call the phone number on the confirmation of the reservation & they tell you "I can't do anything for you since I'm in Pamplona & I don't know where your hotel is."

We stayed in a hotel on the outskirts of a small town, surrounded by beautiful views and greenery. the room was spacious and modern with large bathrooms. the helpful receptionist made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't eat at the restaurant, but a great alternative was the café next door that served excellent breakfasts and evening meals. the underground car park provided peace of mind and safety for our vehicle.

Although it was in a great area, the hotel was close to an industrial estate, which detracted from the natural beauty of the surroundings.

This was my second stay within about a month, and for the 2nd time the internet did not work. Since they could not fix the internet within that timeframe (they told me it had been down for three weeks, but was supposed to have been repaired the day before), I can't afford to choose this hotel again. Too bad since this is a convenient stopover point for me.

Stay and Go - great motorway access, good value, comfortable rooms, Spanish-style 'cantina/bar', secure car park.
